I liked hotel access to Terminal 21 mall. The gym includes many equipment pieces. The hotel location is convenient for food.

fantastic stay!
amazing location easy access great pool kind staff
The location is amazing. It's next to terminal 21. i found it easy to get what i needed. the swimming pool was great for my kids. They especially loved the bubble shower. the staff are really kind and cute. the hotel responded quickly to my questions through line (this was helpful!).
i wish there was a bit more lighting in the rooms.

excellent stay at the heart of the city
direct access milky way artificial grass
the location was convenient with direct access to terminal 21 shopping mall. the room had a japanese toilet and milky way lighting features. the waterpark had artificial grass and storage for inflatables.
i had to call multiple times to get an iron, drinking water and an extra bed. it took one hour for towels to arrive. a glass was accidentally broken and we were charged 70 bhats.

the staff were helpful and always smiling. the reception operated 24 hours, providing constant assistance. in-room dining was available around the clock, ensuring convenience.

the breakfast was good. (i especially enjoyed the variety of pastries) the pool area is great for families, it is well-kept and very clean.
I found that the beds were uncomfortable. also, the service at the restaurant was poor. It was difficult to get someone's attention.

central location food options warm staff courteous service
This is a great spot. The location is central and directly connected to Terminal 21. The shopping mall made hot days manageable with various food and shopping options. The staff consistently showed warmth and courtesy. I appreciated the special care from Mona and Natasha who customized vegetarian food for me and made my birthday nice.
I noticed a glass broke accidentally . I was charged 70 bhats for it. This was a slight disappointment, especially since I had booked multiple rooms.

the location was acceptable, close to a mall, it was convenient.
I was disappointed with the breakfast. the dishes lacked inspiration. the kitchen staff seemed unmotivated. a rooftop bar does not offer alcohol or cocktails. It was frustrating.

The room was modern and spacious. It featured a japanese toilet. A complimentary minibar with snacks was provided everyday. I appreciated the milky way lighting in the room and a balcony that overlooked the sea.
There was no alcohol served at the rooftop bar, not even cocktails.
